Space is important , Expanding your city cost 20,000 Coins and requires 1 permit , as you expand , the amount of permit increases too , from 1 to 2 to 3 etc . So how do you save up ? You don't use roads instead use PathWays , your citizens don't require roads to move around , they can also use the Pathways ; 20 Coins per Tile . Roads cover up 4x4 area of space , while Pathways take only 1x1 area of space , so which would you prefer ?
